Lisa Palma
Owner, President, CEO & CTO
Lisa started the company 13 years ago when transitioning from the Department of Defense (DoD) to the Civilian government. Lisa’s background started in the early 2000s in DoD CIO-G6 Army with the development and deployment of the DoD Public Key Infrastructure and the Common Access Card. Lisa has mentored many engineers on identity management, started LC&J, and took on implementing HSPD12 ICAM, and is now migrating them into a Zero Trust Architecture.
As CTO, Lisa monitors emerging technologies and evaluates their impact on the industry. Lisa is a proven visionary leader focused on cybersecurity, particularly global federated identity and access management, cloud services, encryption, and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI). Lisa has an In-depth technical understanding of federated policies, implementing these technologies, and accessing governance.
Lakshmi Gupta
CFO
Lakshmi also started her WOSB, Money Equations, bringing forth her expertise in financial management and accounts. Lakshmi provides the financial expertise to grow LC&J and monitor their investments.
Clarissa Alfaro
Office Manager
Clarissa has been with LC&J from the start. Clarissa has developed the LC&J standards and ethics that are all transitioned into the LC&J employee handbook.
Clarissa performs above and beyond her office management duties; she supports recruiting, research, and onboarding all LC&J employees and ensures they are in good hands.
